What makes this recognition even more special is that… we didn’t even apply! We had no idea we were being mystery shopped and assessed - so to be recognised purely for the level of service we deliver every single day means the absolute world to us.
For a small, family-run agency like ours, this recognition means so much more than just an award. It’s a genuine reflection of the care, time and effort we put into every landlord, tenant and property we look after.

As a small mother-and-daughter business, we’ve built Avenue with care, hard work, and genuine relationships at the heart of everything we do. Whether it’s landlords, tenants or trades, our goal has always been to make the letting experience personal, professional and stress-free. This award feels like a huge milestone - a moment that reminds us exactly why we love what we do.
Avenue was born from our own experience as landlords over 20 years ago. After managing our own portfolio and seeing first-hand how stressful (and sometimes impersonal) the process could be, we wanted to create something different - a letting agency that put relationships first. Five years later, we’re proud to say we’ve built exactly that.
