The Welsh Estate Agency Awards recognise excellence across the property industry in Wales, celebrating agencies that demonstrate outstanding service, professionalism and commitment to their clients.
As a small, family-run letting agency based in Porthcawl, being recognised at a national level is something we are incredibly proud of. Avenue Property Management was founded with the aim of offering a more personal approach to property management.
As landlords ourselves, we understand the importance of good communication, trusted relationships and making the letting process as smooth as possible for both landlords and tenants.
Over the past five years, our business has grown largely through recommendations from our landlords and tenants. Being shortlisted for these awards reflects the care and attention we put into managing every property and supporting the people who trust us with their homes.
The awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 23rd April 2026 at the Hilton Hotel in Cardiff, bringing together estate and letting agents from across Wales to celebrate achievements within the industry.
We would like to thank all of our landlords, tenants and local partners for their continued support. Your trust in us is what allows our small business to grow and succeed.
