If you have a property in Porthcawl or surrounding areas that is not being occupied for some parts of the year, we can offer a property check service to give you peace of mind that your home is being looked after. For this service we would visit your property once a week and check inside and out and complete a property report on all areas checked. We will contact you regarding any issues or carry out any reactive maintenance required to ensure the upkeep of your property. We can also organise a food parcel and change of linen ready for when you arrived back at your property.
Fully Managed
We can advise you on getting your property Holiday Let ready. From safety and compliance of the property, to what type of linen to put on your beds and how fluffy should your towels be. If you are living away from the area, we can step in and organise everything for you. Our fully managed package includes services from advertising, dealing with guest requests, dealing with bookings and payments to the management of the property, such as dealing with maintenance and repair elements of the property, as well having access to our cleaning service - we take care of it all.
And you will be in control of when you want to holiday in your property - all we ask is that you keep us in the loop so we can keep your calendar up to date.
